1. What AdPatch is
AdPatch is an online listings board for advertising space — vehicles, devices, clothing, property, and other surfaces — and for briefs from advertisers who want such space. AdPatch only publishes listings and briefs and helps the two sides find each other.
2. AdPatch is not a party to your deal
Any agreement about placing an advertisement is solely between the person offering the space and the advertiser. AdPatch is not a party to it, does not vet the parties, does not guarantee that any advertisement is placed, displayed, or paid for, and is not responsible for the conduct of any user or the content of any advertisement. You deal with other users at your own risk.
3. Payments
Browsing, listing space, and posting a brief are free. Unlocking an advertiser’s contact details on a brief is a paid one-off fee, shown before you pay and processed by Stripe. AdPatch does not hold funds for, or transfer payment between, the parties to an advertising deal — they settle directly with each other.
4. Your content
You are responsible for everything you submit. Do not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes such things, and do not post another person’s contact details without their permission. You grant AdPatch a licence to host and display your listing or brief for as long as it is live. Posts expire automatically and may be removed by AdPatch at any time, with or without notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, submit automated or bulk posts, attempt to bypass rate limits or security, or use AdPatch to send spam. AdPatch may block access for any user who does.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPatch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your dealings with other users, and its total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to AdPatch in the previous 12 months.
