What we collect
- What you put in a listing or brief — title, description, location, price, and the contact details you choose to include (name, email, phone, website).
- Images you upload for a listing (resized before storage).
- Technical data — your IP address and a coarse record of form submissions, used only to rate-limit abuse; basic, privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) that do not use cookies.
- Payment data — when you pay to unlock a contact, Stripe processes the card. We receive the fact of payment and the email you used, not your card details.
How we use it
To publish your listing or brief, to let the other side contact you, to process unlock payments, to prevent abuse, and to understand aggregate traffic. Contact details in a brief are shown to a buyer only after they pay to unlock them.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, analytics), Supabase (database and image storage), and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data. We may disclose data if required by law.
Retention
Listings and briefs are shown for a limited period and then expire; you can delete yours at any time with the management link from your confirmation page. Submission/rate-limit logs are short-lived. Payment records are kept as required for accounting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to processing. Email hello@theadpatch.com and we will respond. You can also delete a post yourself with its management link.
