How AdPatch works
AdPatch is a listings board for unconventional ad space. Anyone can sell a surface that other people see — a car’s rear window, a laptop lid, a balcony railing, a race-bike frame, or your own skin at an event. Advertisers browse the listings or post their own brief.
For space owners
- 1. List it. Describe the surface, where it travels or is seen, for how long, and your price. Posting is free right now.
- 2. Get enquiries. Your contact details sit behind a button on the listing. Advertisers reach out to you directly.
- 3. Agree terms. Put the content, duration, price and proof of visibility in writing (e.g. a monthly photo or a public social post).
For advertisers
- 1. Browse or post a brief. Find ready ad spaces, or describe what you want: “5 vans in the Los Angeles area, $100/mo”.
- 2. Connect. See the poster’s contact details and agree terms directly with them.
- 3. Track delivery. Ask for proof of visibility before you pay and agree what happens next.
Trust & safety
- Always agree in writing: content, location, duration, price and payment schedule.
- Ask for proof of visibility (a timestamped photo or a public social post).
- Consider splitting payment: part up front, the rest against proof.
- Don’t run ads that break the law or basic decency.
- AdPatch is not a party to any agreement and doesn’t handle payments. Delivery is between the poster and the advertiser.
Pricing
- Browsing and listing an ad space are free. Contacting a space owner is free.
- A paid Feature (your listing pinned to the top for 30 days, $9) is coming soon.
- Posting a brief is free. Unlocking an advertiser’s contact details costs a one-off $5 — it keeps briefs genuine and replies serious.
- Prices are in USD. AdPatch is a global marketplace.
FAQ
Can I sell ad space on my own skin?
Yes — think face paint or henna for events. We don’t recommend or broker permanent tattoos.
Who handles the wraps and printing?
That’s agreed between the parties. Often the advertiser pays for and produces the material.
How does payment work?
Directly between the advertiser and the poster. AdPatch doesn’t process those payments today.
Can I remove my listing?
In this MVP, listings expire automatically. Removal requests are handled by email.
